Julie McQuade Ladimer

Julie McQuade Ladimer is not your average estate planning attorney. Her mission is to help as many people as possible avoid the Probate Courts; why make a difficult situation even more stressful by getting courts involved in your estate? She is able to break down the difficult process and educate her clients on how to set themselves and their families up for smooth transitions. She does this by bringing vibrance and wit to the table which helps her clients to relax during the meeting. Her clients leave their meetings feeling empowered and relieved. Julie considers the biggest compliment to be when a client completes their estate plan and says, “I’m shocked how easy that was, I wish I had done my estate planning sooner!”
Julie founded Ladimer Law Office PC in 2014 so that she could create her own work life balance. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. They enjoy skiing and traveling as a family. Julie also enjoys CrossFit, running, and golf. Prior to realizing she wanted to create a firm with an atmosphere outside of the legal box, Julie worked as a law clerk for an estate planning and elder law firm in Boston and in Raynham. She decided to attend law school in 2006 while working in Congressman Barney Frank’s office in Washington DC. She received her BA from Muhlenberg College and her JD from New England School of Law|Boston. Julie grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts and now resides in Medfield, Massachusetts.
Jessica Pesce

Jessica Pesce considers herself to be an operations innovator. Creating client-centric organized systems is her passion and what she attributes the most to her success in providing her clients with clear information and solutions to accomplish their estate planning goals. Through these systems, Jessica is always able to revel in the favorite part of her job, fostering unparalleled connections with her clients.
Jessica joined Ladimer Law Office as an associate attorney in September 2017 after transitioning from her ten-year career as an operations manager for a building maintenance and property management firm in Boston. In her down time, Jessica enjoys hiking and long walks with her husband and their dog, Maizie, reading, working out, and hosting family and friends at her home in Marlborough. Her guilty pleasure is redecorating every room in her house seasonally and reorganizing all the drawers and closets in her home. Jessica graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in applied legal studies. She continued with her education at Suffolk University Law school, graduating in 2016 with her juris doctorate.
Joanne Campbell

Joanne Campbell prides herself in being able to help! She is typically the first person you will speak to when contacting Ladimer Law and she is ready and waiting to set you up for success when starting your estate plan. Joanne believes in making a connection with the clients so that they feel comfortable with the entire process. If she does not have an answer to one of your questions, she will be sure to find it, or point you in the right direction. She believes in the process and finds satisfaction in seeing each of Ladimer Law’s client set up with a comprehensive estate plan.
Joanne began working at Ladimer Law in 2019. She found the position during a transitional time in her life when she was trying to figure out “what she wanted to be when she grew up”. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. As the children get older, they make it a point to travel and create memories together. Joanne also enjoys reading and has a guilty pleasure for reality TV! Prior to making the transition to Ladimer Law, Joanne worked in the field of education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Lasell College, and a Master Degree in Special Education from Framingham University. While Joanne’s passion was always to work with children, she has found this career with Ladimer Law quite rewarding! Joanne looks forward to meeting you and assisting you with your estate planning needs!
